- Before 1^st December 2019: full refund of registration fees / no registration fees must be paid
- Between 2^nd December 2019 and 1^st January 2020: 50% refund of registration fee / 50% of registration fees must be paid
- After 2^nd January 2020: no refund of registration fees / 100% of registration fees must be paid.

Cancellation requests must be sent to Insight Outside by email.
